| Abstract | The article focuses on the "Kundao" text for female cultivation in China. It examines the illustration of the contemporary feminist conception of the lived body by the religious Daoist theory and practice. It also looks into a Daoist contribution to feminist theory and practice as well as the difference between philosophical Daoism and religious Daoism. |
