Come join us for a women’s Qigong retreat at a beautiful mountaintop center in New Mexico. Qigong is a simple yet profound Chinese system of self-healing that has been a source for women’s health and longevity for thousands of years. Immerse yourself in ancient Taoist women’s practices, meditation and women’s qigong.
Deborah will teach a qigong form designed specifically for women to increase vitality, balance hormones, improve heart function, strengthen bones, and regulate the organs. You will also activate the female power center, the uterine palace, to help slow the decline of hormones, heal reproductive issues and enhance sexuality. Livia will share her extensive knowledge on Taoist women’s practices and Taoist meditation.
This workshop will provide a space for deep nourishment and inner healing (emotionally, physically and spiritually) and we’ll explore the power of Qi to facilitate group and individual healing.
